Refund policy

Problem with your order? Wrong size or color not as you expected? No problem! You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery—except those marked 40% off or more (final sale items are non-returnable).

  • Full refunds are available for returns requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • For returns requested between 16–30 days after delivery, you’ll receive store credit (valid online only).

You can return or exchange any item if:

  • The item was purchased online through soxfootwear.ca or soxfootwear.us
  • The item was delivered to an address within Canada and the United States.
  • The item was delivered in the last 30 days.
  • The item is new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has all its original tags, labels, and packaging.

 

Important Notices:

  • Items discounted 40% or more or marked as Final Sale as well as gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping charges incurred on the initial transaction are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping fees are not covered and are not refundable.

How To Return Your Items

We will evaluate your request and, if it meets the following criteria, you will receive an email including your return authorization and return RMA number.

  1. Pack the items you’re returning in a box or envelope of the appropriate size. Items must be in new condition, with their original labels and returned in their original packaging.
  2. Make sure that the RMA number we sent you is clearly written on the box accompanying the returned items.
  3. Please print the return authorization and put it in the box that accompanies your return.
  4. Please return your package to the address provided to you in our RMA approval communication.
  5. Please send us the tracking number for the return to info@soxfootwear.ca.
  6. Track your return using your tracking number to make sure we get it. Your refund will be processed within 15-20 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund of your order.

SOX FOOTWEAR in Canada & the United States offers a 5-YEAR LIFETIME WARRANTY on all products purchased on soxfootwear.ca or soxfootwear.us.
