If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@soxfootwear.ca. We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible once the order is in fulfillment.
If an item is out of stock, you may sign up for restock notifications on the product page. We do our best to replenish inventory as quickly as possible.
Custom socks orders are currently not available in Canada. Sign-up to our newsletter at the bottom of this page to find out when this option will be available in your area.

Yes, we offer free shipping in Canada with any purchase $75 and over, except in Yukon, Nunavut and NWT where the fixed shipping price is $30.

Warranty
Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for 5 years from purchase, including:
- Colour fading/washing out
- Permanent stretching
- Holes from normal wear
- Shrinking or unraveling
