Orders
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@soxfootwear.ca. We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible once the order is in fulfillment.
If an item is out of stock, you may sign up for restock notifications on the product page. We do our best to replenish inventory as quickly as possible.
Custom socks orders are currently not available in Canada. Sign-up to our newsletter at the bottom of this page to find out when this option will be available in your area.

Yes, we offer free shipping in Canada with any purchase $75 and over, except in Yukon, Nunavut and NWT where the fixed shipping price is $30.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3-7 business days, while U.S. orders may take 5-10 business days. Exact shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit AND is covered with Shipped Shield, use our Shipped Shield claim form on our website.

Warranty
Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for 5 years from purchase, including:
- Colour fading/washing out
- Permanent stretching
- Holes from normal wear
- Shrinking or unraveling
Exclusions: Damage from misuse, improper care, or purchases from unauthorized sellers.
